- This paper was issued by the Fourth Army of the Ottoman Empire during the course of the First World War. The Fourth Army occupied Syria and later the area of western Arabia. The Fourth Army faced resistance by Lawrence of Arabia and Prince Faisal's army and were wiped out in October 1918 when Damascus was captured, which was likely the time that the publication ceased.
