- Summary:
- Ben-O's aspiration to progress his musical career is at a crossroads as he has to choose between two contending musical genres. The matter is not easy to resolve as one alternative relates to his essence and the other relates to his ambition. However, the budding artist has to study and understand the assorted issues underpinning the Nigerian entertainment industry, which are greatly influenced by social media. The case highlights the artist's dilemma in choosing from two competing approaches. These include following his heart and using his music to promote virtue and ethical behavior in his society or succumb to competitive pressure and redirect his music to popular genres, which glorify profanity and other immoral behaviors.
