Philip J. Vergragt isEmeritus Professor at TU Delft, The Netherlands;Research Professor at Clark University, USA; and a co-founder of SCORAI. Lei Zhang is Associate Professor at the School of Environment and Natural Resources at Renmin University of China, Beijing, China.
