『박이문 인문학 전집』의 출간 기획은 2014년부터 시작되었다. 박이문 선생과 부인 유영숙 여사의 격려와 지원을 통해 큰 힘을 손에 쥐고 출발했다. 전집의 목차 구성은 박이문 선생의 인문학적 저작을 주제별·시간대별로 분류한 결과물이다. 제6권 『죽음 앞의 삶, 삶 속의 인간』은 종교와 윤리에 대한 문제를 다룬 글과 책을 모은 것이다. 1부에는 박이문 선생이 철학을 공부하면서 느낀 종교적 초월성과 인간의 윤리에 대한 견해를 담은 글들을 모았고, 2부에는 종교의 본질을 궁극적이면서도 철학적인 측면에서 파헤친 저작 『종교란 무엇인가』(1985)를 전재했으며, 3부에는 기존의 전통적인 윤리학에 구애됨이 없이 스스로 어떻게 살아야 하는가 하는 문제를 고민하고 서술한 『자비의 윤리학』(1990)을 전재했다. 또한 4부에서는 실존적 선택과 사회적 규범의 관계에 대한 저작인 『당신에겐 철학이 있습니까』(2006)를 전재했고, 5부는 인간의 인생과 늙음을 성찰한 글들로 구성했다.

Planning to publish 『Park Yi-moon's Complete Works of Humanities』 began in 2014. We set off with great strength through the encouragement and support of Mr. Park Yi-moon and his wife, Ms. Yoo Young-sook. The table of contents of the complete collection is the result of classifying Park Yi-moon's humanistic works by subject and time period. Volume 6, 『Life Before Death, Man in Life』 is a collection of articles and books that deal with issues of religion and ethics. Part 1 is a collection of writings containing Park Yi-moon's views on religious transcendence and human ethics that he felt while studying philosophy, and Part 2 is 『What is Religion』 (1985), a work that explores the essence of religion from an ultimate and philosophical perspective. was reprinted, and in the third part, 『Ethics of Mercy』 (1990), which pondered and described the problem of how to live one's own life without being bound by existing traditional ethics, was reprinted. In addition, Part 4 reprinted 『Do You Have a Philosophy』 (2006), a work about the relationship between existential choice and social norms, and Part 5 consisted of writings reflecting on human life and aging.
