『박이문 인문학 전집』의 출간 기획은 2014년부터 시작되었다. 박이문 선생과 부인 유영숙 여사의 격려와 지원을 통해 큰 힘을 손에 쥐고 출발했다. 전집의 목차 구성은 박이문 선생의 인문학적 저작을 주제별·시간대별로 분류한 결과물이다. 제7권 『예술철학』은 서양에서 흡수된 이론만이 아닌 독자적인 예술철학을 추구했던 박이문 선생의 한국 미학의 정수를 모은 것이다. 1부는 『예술철학』(1983)에 실린 것들로 한국적 미학의 방법을 시도한 것이며, 2부는 『철학 전후』(1993)에 실린 예술과 철학, 그리고 미학의 상관관계에 관한 글이며, 3부는 시와 문학만이 아닌 음악이나 건축과 같은 다른 언어를 지닌 예술에까지 그 지평을 넓힌 글들이다.

Planning to publish 『Park Yi-moon's Complete Works of Humanities』 began in 2014. We set off with great strength through the encouragement and support of Mr. Park Yi-moon and his wife, Ms. Yoo Young-sook. The table of contents of the complete collection is the result of classifying Park Yi-moon's humanistic works by subject and time period. Volume 7, 『Philosophy of Art』, is a collection of the essence of Korean aesthetics by Park Yi-moon, who pursued his own philosophy of art rather than just theories absorbed from the West. Part 1 is an attempt at Korean aesthetic methods with articles published in 『Philosophy of Art』 (1983), Part 2 is an article on the correlation between art, philosophy, and aesthetics in 『Before and After Philosophy』 (1993), and Part 3 is poetry and These are writings that expand the horizons not only of literature but also of arts with other languages, such as music and architecture.
