- Summary:
- This is a manuscript leaf separated from a liturgical miscellany and written on during later periods by subsequent scribes. The surviving text from the original manuscript is a portion of Hatarat nedarim (called "Hafarat nedarim" on the header), which is the annulment of all vows recited before three important members of the congregation on the eve of Rosh ha-Shanah. Below there are instructions listing the proper order of the Hoshanot, a procession during the morning services on Sukkot, written in a later hand. The verso consists of a prayer in Aramaic attributed by the scribe to R. Eleazar ben Moses Azikri (Safed 1533-1600) recited at Minḥah on the Sabbath, stating that it is important as it is a time of (Divine) favor ("עת רצון").
