Summary:
Jamila is daughter of wealthy Khan Bahadur. Although her long stay in London had made her free thinking girl, she loved Indian music and poetry. One day she heard a song on the radio and and its voice enchanted her. She lost her heart to the singer. The singer was no other than Chand, the only son of a multi-millionare Nawab but who by misfortune was brought up in poverty. How the cruel hand of fate separated the two lovers and how Chand donned various disguises to secure his sweetheart from an interesting funfare is the ending.
