- "营造法式"是北宋官方颁布的一部建筑设计,施工的规范用书,是中国古籍中最完善的一部建筑技术专书,是当时最先进成熟的建筑设计与施工经验的集合与总结,对后世影响深远."石印宋李明仲营造法式"为首次出版于1919年的原书之影印本.1919年初,朱启钤先生在南京的江南图书馆(今南京图书馆)浏览旧籍时发现晚清丁丙"八千卷楼"藏钞本"营造法式",遂将其按原书版式石印重刊,史称"丁本".但"丁本"印数极少,目前已十分罕见.该书是后来中国营造学社开展研究的基础文献,其问世意义重大.梁思成先生认为朱启钤重刊"营造法式"是"在研究中国建筑的路程上立下一个极重要的标识".
