Het is nog nooit gedaan, maar hard nodig. 'Wat wij willen is nog nooit gedaan' verkent de route naar een volledig integraal bouwproces; waarbij alle partijen gezamenlijk met oog voor elkaars belang projecten met grote maatschappelijke impact weten te realiseren. Een echte integrale aanpak blijft in praktijk nogal eens steken in een wensscenario, omdat de wereld van plannen en bouwen weerbarstig kan zijn. Toch, als Nederland de grote ruimtelijke uitdagingen van de komende decennia het hoofd wil bieden, is integraal samenwerken cruciaal. Een miljoen huizen extra, energietransitie, mobiliteit, economische groei, klimaatadaptie: het zijn slechts een paar van de urgente opgaves die in de wachtkamer zitten.
