- Date estimated from several sources. Routledge used the term 'Limited' after 1889. The publisher's catalogue of 'new books' (<9> pages)--at end begins with a work "containing the latest information to the end of 1897." NUC pre-1956 lists two editions (1893? and 1901) which match this description.
