Summary:

This volume dedicated to Oscar Belvedere for his 70th birthday presents the contributions of a colloquium of the Universities of Göttingen and Palermo at Villa Vigoni on Lake Como from 30th March to 2nd April 2015. It contains an introduction, abstracts, and 16 articles organised by chapters on methodology, historical interpretation, GIS and geophysics, mountain surveys, pottery surveys, intra site surveys, archaeo-forecasting, and landscape models.
