Deniz Örücü is an Associate Professor of Educational Leadership and Policy at Başkent University Faculty of Education, Ankara, Turkey. Jane Wilkinson is Professor of Educational Leadership at Monash University and an adjunct in the School of Education at Charles Sturt University, Wagga Wagga, Australia.
