Summary:

This text presents the results of the work of a research group of the University of Florence aimed at highlighting the consequences of inhomogeneity; the criteria for recognizing the privilege of artisan credit in bankruptcy procedures on the governance of the artisan enterprise. The research also attempted to contribute to the overcoming of some economic-financial criteria used to discriminate between companies deserving of recognition of the privilege and other companies, also through the elaboration of an alternative criterion, already; subjected to a first empirical validation.
