- "晚清民国时期中国名胜古迹图集"(原书名"支那文化史迹")由东京大学教授关野贞和常盘大定合著,于1941年出版发行.原书为日文版,按民国时期的行政省区进行分类编辑,全书共计图版2531幅,分12卷,每一卷附有10万字左右的解说.这是一部全面系统介绍中国古迹建筑等的大型著录,作者从1906年开始,历时三十余载,先后数十次来华实地勘察,搜集,拍摄的照片,拓片几乎囊括当时保存尚好的名胜古迹,堪称中国历史文化研究上的一大图鉴.从取材范围之广,收录内容之丰富,附加解说之详细等方面看,时至今日无有出其右者.梁思成等专家学者都把此书作为重要的参考文献,在讲义,著作中多有引用,书中涉及的名胜古迹几经战乱,天灾等,能保存完整者已经很少,其图版资料更显珍贵,这对于宗教,建筑,书画,造型等传统文化研究,古迹修复重建,文物鉴定,流失海外文物追讨等均有很大帮助.
