Notes:
Tracks 10-13 (Appendix, BWV 1019a) are the four "replacement" movements which are used, in various combinations, when the other two versions of BWV 1019 are played. Played as a set, they do not make up a sonata; they exist so listeners, by choosing specific tracks, can re-create each of the three versions of the BWV 1019.
