The first twenty-four issues collected with preliminaries and added title page, bearing the imprint: London : printed for H[enry]. Playford, and sold for him by John Nutt, near Stationers-Hall, and at most booksellers shops in London and Westminster, 1706; designation "Vol. II." begins with no. 25, but no further collective title pages are known to have been issued.
