Summary:

Collection consists of three documents dealing with agricultural issues in and around North Brookfield, West Brookfield, and the County of Westfield Massachusetts between 1814 and 1818.

First document: "The Trustees of the Brookfield Agricultural Society beg leave to propose to the Members the following Questions.". Item is a series of 16 questions relating to agriculture and animal husbandry. Printed on one side; 34 x 19 cm.

Second document: Committee of the Brookfield Agricultural Society allocation of funds for 1815. Item is an itemization of eleven expenditures with correspondening amounts. Document is signed by "Simeon Draper, Chairman." with an additional note by "John Muzzy, Recording Secretary" dated, January 31st, 1814. Printed on one side; 29 x 19 cm.

Third document: Letter from "Levi Lincoln, Jr. Corresponding Secretary" of the Trustees of the Agricultural Society of the County of Worcester. Item is dated: "Sept. 24, 1818"; addressee unknown asking for a meeting to discuss the "... advancement of its interests ... ". Printed on one side; 25 x 21 cm.
