Foliation: Coptic numeral foliatio in ink, upper left verso; Arabic numeral foliation added in pencil, upper right recto; catchwords every verso, lower left.
Layout: Written in 12 long lines.
Script: Written in Coptic in black ink; some Arabic in naskh in black ink; pointed.
Decoration: Headpiece in yellow, red, and blue (f. 1r); rubrications in red.
Binding: Bound in reddish-brown leather over pasteboard; blind tooled diamond across cover with blind-stamped crosses in the four corners and center; no pastedowns.
Origin: The copy is undated, but is copied onto brittle, machine-made paper; probably produced in the mid- to late 19th century.
