Foliation: Modern foliation added in pencil, upper left recto; catchwords every verso, lower left.
Layout: Written in 9 long lines; border-ruled.
Script: Written in naskh in black ink; pointed.
Decoration: Rubrications in red; textblock border-ruled in double red with a page-opening frame-rule in red.
Binding: Bound in brown leather over pasteboard with blind-stamped central mandorla and two corner-pieces on the vertical axis; black leather spine and edges; brown leather pastedown on back inside cover only.
Origin: Copy completed in Muḥarram 962 A.H. (December 1554 CE) by Ibrāhīm ibn ʻAlī al-Ḥusaynī (f. 234r).
