- Binding: Bound in brown leather over pasteboard with blind-stamped central mandorla and two corner-pieces on the vertical axis; black leather spine and edges; brown leather pastedown on back inside cover only.
- Origin: Copy completed in Muḥarram 962 A.H. (December 1554 CE) by Ibrāhīm ibn ʻAlī al-Ḥusaynī (f. 234r).
