Summary:
The 12th International Conference of Processes in Isotopes and Molecules (PIM 2019), organized by the National Institute for Research and Development of Isotopic and Molecular Technologies (INCDTIM), Cluj-Napoca, Romania, took place between the 25th and the 27th of September 2019 in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. The aim of the conference was to bring together scientists working in academia, research or industry. The conference (http://pim.itim-cj.ro/index.html) was attended by more than 120 scientists from Romania and abroad working in a wide range of topics, from fundamental physics and chemistry, to applied research on renewable energy, high-tech engineering, environmental issues, nanostructured materials and isotopic technologies. This volume presents selected papers from the conference and is divided into four sections: 1. Section 1: Stable Isotopes, Labeled Compounds and Analytical Techniques 2. Section 2: Molecules, Biomolecules and Green Technologies 3. Section 3: Energy Efficiency and High-Tech Engineering 4. Section 4: Nanostructured Materials - Nanocomposites and Hybrid Materials.
