- The Hôtel du Parc Lardy in Vichy, built during the 19th century in the center of the town, would later become known as the apartment and offices of Phillipe Pétain under the Vichy Regime during World War II, and the offices of Prime Minister Pierre Laval after 1942; the hotel did not reopen after the war.

Lévy printed at lower left; verso a blank form for menus from the Frand Restaurant de Nice, 1. Rue St-François-de-Pani.
