Proposals for increase of wealth by subscriptions of money : according to the several particulars herein mentioned: which proposals having the 19th of Mary, 1674. been reported to the Right Honourable Sir William Hooker, Lord Mayor of this honourable city of London, the Aldermen and Commons of the same city in Common Council assembled, and by them duly considered of, and well approved, they have thought fit to order the same to be printed and published in their names, and have appointed a select committee, to manage the same on the cities behalf. And to answer all objections that may be raised by any that shall be willing to subscribe.
