Some copies have appended "The true description or rather a parallel betweene Cardinall Wolsey, Arch-Bishop of York, and William Laud, Arch-Bishop of Canterbury", with separate pagination and register. This was issued separately as Wing T2679, but also may have been issued as part of Wing C1619A.
