- Title pages at pages [251], [549], and [771] have dates 1609, 1610, and 1610 respectively. The first two title pages have printers' device (McK. 274), the last a portrait of Elizabeth I; paging and register are continuous.
- The first part is by John Higgins, who signs the dedication; the second part is by Thomas Blenerhasset; the third part by William Baldwin, and the separate part "Englands Eliza" is by Richard Niccols, who edited the whole. Cf. ESTC.
- Errors in paging: pages 122, 512, and 645 misnumbered 128, 412, and 636 respectively.
