Each volume has numerous subsidiary title pages. The title pages in volumes 1-2 have imprint dates 1613. Vol. 3 imprint reads "Printed by Cantrell Legge, printer to the Vniuersitie of Cambridge. 1613". Some subsidiary title pages in vol. 3 have imprints "Printed for Leonard Greene [or VVilliam VVelbie, E. Edgar, Thomas Man, or Leonard Greene and Felix Kingston]".
