- Undated imprint from a slip pasted to the final sheet which reads: "Are to be sold by Mr. Littlebury, Mr. Chiswel, Mr. Mortlock, Mr. Churchill, & Mr. Garfield".
- In some copies the imprint slip is not present.
- Column headings on sheets three and four, seven and eight, eleven and twelve and fifteen and sixteen are cancel slips.
