A declaration of the Lords and Commons assembled in Parliament: : that no ships, barques, or other vessels shal from henceforward make any voyage to New-Castle for the fetching of coales, or any other commodity, untill that towne shall be reduced into such hands as shall declare themselves for King and Parliament.
