A declaration of the Lords and Commons assembled in Parliament, : with the advice and concurrence of the commissioners of Scotland, to publish their proceedings up[o]n His Majesties letter, touching a treaty of peace; and to declare their resolutions and endeavours, to put an end to the unhappy distempers of the kingdome, by a safe and well grounded peace. 23 Martii, 1643.
