Charles I promises to 1) proclaim that all statutes concerning recusants be executed; 2) banish the seven condemned priests and all "Romish" priests within 20 days; 3) leave the government and liturgy of the Church of England to the Parliament; 4) venture his own person for Ireland if necessary; and 5) describes the decay of trade within the kingdom.
