- "Since Leake is unlikely to have published two editions the same year, ... it may be one of the fraudulent reprints circulated by Kirkman and his associates about 1661." "... there does not appear to be much doubt on typographical grounds that this edition is some years later than [the 1652 edition]". -- Greg.

- The names of the theatres, and the authors' names, are enclosed in brackets on title page.
- Signatures: A² B-I⁴.
- In this edition, the title page has an illustration of 2 rows of 7 fleur-de-lis and "sold" and "sign" in the imprint. The earlier 1652 edition has a woodcut illustration of a crown, and "solde" and "signe" in the imprint.
