August 30. 1697. The library of a late eminent sergeant of the law, consisting of the books following, with several others in Greek, Latin, English, French, &c. in most faculties, being bought by J. Hartley, bookseller, over against Greys-Inn in Holborn. : Any gentleman may take what he pleases at the price set upon the first blank leaf of every book. Catalogues may be had at the place of sale, where any person may have ready money for any study of books.
