Propositions of the Irish rebells (by the name of the Roman Catholiques of Ireland) presented to His Majestie in pursuance of their remonstrance of grievances, and annexed to the said remonstrance. : Which being granted, the rebell doe offer to assist his Majestie with ten thousand Irish against the Parliament.
