A declaration and iustification, of the Earle of Lindsey, : now prisoner in Warwicke-Castle, wherein hee makes apparent the iustice of His Maiestyes cause in taking armes for the preservation of his royall person and prerogative. As it was sent in a letter to the right honourable Henry, Earle of Newmarke, now resident with His Maiesty at Oxford Ianuary 26, 1643. It being a true character of loyalty and myrrour of odedience for all His Maiestyes louing subiects.
