- Miscellany mostly comprised of matters of practical cabala, made of a number of fascicles and loose leaves; written mostly in multiple scribal hands in Italian cursive scripts, interspersed with the handwriting of Raphael Isaiah Azulai (who appears to have dictated much of the material to scribes). The first fascicle contains remedies and treatments, as well as practical needs such as remedies for לפתיחת הלב, or increased blood flow (f. 1r); atonement for nightmares (שאלת חלום; f. 1v); recipes for stronger solutions, dyes, and inks (f. 3r-v); the second fascicle contains cabala meditation practices, amuletic texts, names, and ciphers (f. 10r-20v); a Tetragrammaton alliterated into a six-pointed star (f. 10v); more recipes and practices, such as joining anyone to one's will (להשיב כל אדם לרצונך; f. 12r), for use against thieves and merchants' success, with angelic script (f. 26r), and names and sums for accounts in Italian (such as f. 14r). Additional notes, with one in Azulai's hand (f. 8r) with his angelic writing forms; additional remedies (f. 21r, 31r, and more), laws of the Tetragrammaton (f. 7r-v), and chronograms (f. 36r). Bound in a limp vellum binding, with paper pasted (as imitation boards); 19th century shelfmark on spine.
