Summary:
A documentary made about the visit to Afghanistan by Nikolai Bulganin, the Chairman of the USSR Council of Ministers, and Nikita Khrushchev, a member of the USSR Supreme Soviet Presidium. Their visit took in museums, universities and construction projects being funded by the Soviet Union.
