Summary:
Short documentary about the second session of the World Peace Council, held in Vienna. While the Austrian people hang flags and banners in preparation, Austria is presented as a nation where unemployment and poverty are rife. The government, meanwhile, are shown to be focusing on training a new, militaristic police force in brutal, repressive tactics. At the conference, dozens of speakers and delegates work together to further the cause of peace, and produce resolutions which are published around the world and celebrated in the streets by the Austrian people.
