A film about the Nazi war criminals put on trial during the Nuremberg Trials and the Russell Tribunal, also known as the International War Crimes Tribunal or Russell-Sartre Tribunal, in Oslo. [WARNING: distressing scenes of execution, dead bodies and severe injuries]. The film compares the war crimes of the Nazis with those committed by the US Military in Vietnam, and includes footage of the trials and the wars. It is divided into three chapters entitled "Two Tribunals", "Escalation of Hopelessness", and "Techniques of Modern Mass Murder".
