Summary:

Short, atmospheric drama based on a story by Czech writer, Jan Drda. A family find their evening interrupted by the arrival of a cold, sick man who has trekked through the snow to their home. The following morning, it is announced in the village that a Russian prisoner has escaped, and that hiding him will be punished by death. Tensions rise in the village, and one man is accused of informing.
