Summary:
A film following the visit by Soviet Union diplomats to Nepal in 1960. Footage includes Russian diplomats meeting with the King and Prime Minister of Nepal to discuss the object of attaining peace around the world. They visit students who are studying metal processing and look at ancient Buddhist temples. There is a public rally where speeches are given by the Russians and Nepalese towards the end of the film.
