Summary:

The film details the progression of the Soviet Russian economy after Leonid Brezhnev made the 9th Five Year Plan the platform for economic development across Russia. New hydro-power stations were built on the Umba River and metallurgical works were in constant use. Farming and agricultural machinery are also developed, along with new types of airlines to promote tourism to Russia.
