- Lukas Hoffmann beobachtet Artefakte: Asphalt, Gestrüpp, Mauerwerk, Hausfassaden. Der Mensch ist in seinen Fotografien abhanden gekommen. Wiederum die Spuren, die er hinterlassen hat, sind für das Kameraauge von Interesse: Risse, Falten und pflanzliche Überwucherungen, die sich den menschengemachten Raum wieder zurückerobern. Abstrakte Gebilde in unterschiedlichen Oberflächen - mal schwarz-weiß, mal in Farbe, die man mit Assoziationen auffüllen kann wie den Anblick von Wolken. Das Auge sucht nach wiedererkennbaren Formen, um sich zurechtzufinden. Das Anthropozän erzeugt intentionslos poetische Bilder, die der Fotograf bei seinen Streifzügen durch unsere Gegenwart freilegt.
