- Vol. 8, nos. 7-11 (Apr.-Aug. 1944) are misprinted volume 7, nos. 7 -11. Vol. 9, numbers 2 (Nov. 1944) misprinted as volume 8, numbers 2.
- Vol. 11, numbers 5 (Feb. 1947) misprinted as volume 11, numbers 4, but then from volume 11, numbers 6 through volume 12, numbers 1 the misprint is 2 issues off until it was corrected with volume 12, numbers 3 (Dec. 1947), for instance, volume 12, numbers 2 is misprinted as volume 11, numbers 12.
- In January 1974, two issues were published: volume 38, numbers 4, and a "progress edition" numbered volume 38, numbers 5. That issue throws off the numbering of the issues for the rest of the volume, so volume 38, numbers 12 is August instead of September. They fix it by having both the September and October 1974 issues called volume 39, numbers 1.
- Vol. 52, numbers 10 (July 1988) was misprinted as volume 52, numbers 11.
- Vol. 53, numbers 12 to volume 54 numbers 8 were misprinted one issue off as volume 53, numbers 11 to volume 54, numbers 7. This was corrected with volume 54, numbers 9 (June 1990).
