Summary:
"The city of Rosario did not have precise foundation, motivating a point of rest in the monotonous journey of the travelers. The space that served as initial settlement for the troops of carts, gave rise to the configuration of a square. Thus, it was generating an incipient urban space that by the proximity of a natural inlet favored the fluvial exchange for the Parana river. From 1900 are the first high-income buildings that broke the flat Rosarino horizon arose. The process closes in 1948 because the horizontal property law changes the orientation in the investment of income. More than fifty cases were detected within the study period, determining that they were registered within two paradigms separated by an intermediate stage as a gray area."
