Thompson is the Skeen Endowed Chair in Education and Professor and Department Head of Educational Leadership at Kansas State University, USA. Faith E. Crampton is President and CEO of Crampton & Associates, an education consulting firm, who retired as Associate Professor of Education Finance and Policy at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, USA.
