- This Lancaster monthly conducted by Stacy Potts was divided into three sections. First there was a general section of moral essays, speeches and addresses, and miscellaneous articles, followed by a section of poetry, and ending with the "Register and Gazette," a section which published news on the government and on laws, and the proceedings of the legislature.
