- Variants noted, printed from different settings of type; this issue has title page with border rules, and the catchword on the botton of p. 1 is "suit" with a regular s; the other issue has no border rules on the title page and the catchword at the bottom of page one is "suit" with a long s. Evans states the second issue lacks the border rule.
