Summary:
Retrospective of painter, writer, singer and youtuber from Buenos Aires, Benito Laren (San Nicolás, 1962), whose work focuses on themes and concepts that revolve around esotericism, UFOs, portraits of famous personages and citations to masterpieces in the history of art. The exhibition includes a selection of works created from his childhood to the present. My studies as a chemist helped me to experiment... and not to be afraid of what might happen. In January of 1987 I began to paint on glass with a very spatial painting (I made pictures of space). The first period, the Blue, is because that color of acrylic paint was much more accessible. When the price of the colors became uniform my palette expandedʺ (HKB Translation) --Page 8.
