He is a frequent conference speaker, workshop host, and user centricity evangelist. His UX blog, Kaizen-UX. com, gained its popularity for UX management articles and novel user experience approach. He used to be a senior manager leading the UX team at the world's biggest online gambling corporation, Amaya Inc. (known for brands such as PokerStars, BetStars or FullTilt).
