Summary:
This case study examines the leadership styles of two seemingly different businessmen: Tom Monaghan, founder of Domino's Pizza, and Ted Turner, founder of Turner Broadcasting Systems. However, despite their differences, it would appear that their approaches to leadership are very similar. By comparing their personalities and experiences side-by-side, readers are asked to evaluate the successes of the two men.
