- GenLife, Inc. was a multinational insurance company that sold off a part of its business that involves executive life insurance (ELI) and about a third of the employees either joined the new acquiring company (ExecuLife) or were let go. A few months later, the CEO of GenLife realizes that not much has changed and decides to hire two consultants to conduct thorough research in order to assess the situation.
